How we do it:

Week One: Debate topic revealed

Yoga (30-40 mins) –  learn simple breathing & meditation techniques based on hatha/yin yoga techniques.

Cookie eating / brainstorm session (40 mins)

Watch related media research (30 mins)

Guided Meditation (15 mins)

 

Week Two: Yoga (20 mins)

Debate – presentation & opposition of a specific idea (40 mins)

VOTE & Reflective Feedback (10 mins)

Guided Meditation (15 mins)

Eat, celebrate, relax (20 mins)
